Nice to meet you!

As a clinician...

I am a trained Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT). What this means for you is that I approach my work systemically. MFTs consider all of the systems a client comes from and how they may influence what is brought into sessions. Alongside my systemic lens is a focus on safety, consent, and relational power. As curiosity and the drive to dive deeper into our patterns unfold in the room, we will move at a pace that ensures safety is felt along the way. Building new, safe patterns is what helps us heal.

In the room, I tend to draw from Narrative Family Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Emotion-Focused Therapy. These approaches help get us talking, while somatic work allows us to begin noticing how things feel as we navigate what you bring into session.

The clients I work with span the sexuality and gender spectrum. I am heavily influenced by my queer, kink, and relationship anarchist identities, and I believe these perspectives foster an expansive mindset—one that isn’t afraid to challenge the norms we’re given. I commonly work with relational conflicts in polyamory and kink dynamics, as well as anxiety, depression, addiction, and grief.

I earned my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University where I had a focus on Sex Therapy and my Bachelor’s degree from Penn State University’s Smeal College of Business. Prior to graduate school, I spent nearly a decade working in the tech sector as a Services Leader and Product Manager.
